About The Position

This role is for a Supply Chain Supervisor at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola, within the Supply Chain Management department. The position is full-time with a day shift schedule.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree.
• Supply Chain / Warehouse / Health-care experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
• Provide leadership, orientation, training, and mentoring.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor dispatch activities, making adjustments to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Observe and enforce quality assurance program standards.
