About The Position

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. You'll collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Requirements

• Experience supporting supply chain operations, inventory planning, or procurement in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of supply chain operations, procurement, and/or management.
• Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) systems (preferably SAP Material Management [MM] and PP Integration).
• Analytical skills with experience interpreting data, generating reports, and utilizing dashboards to support business decisions.
• Ability and competency to manage and complete multiple projects with changing circumstances, workload, priorities, and deadlines with quality results.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, collaborate effectively within a team environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, industrial computing products, or electronic components is preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of database concepts.
• Proficiency and skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Collaboration and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inventory planning, materials requirement planning (MRP), and work scheduling.
• Responsible for pricing control, statistical analysis, and database management.
• Provides arrangements for global transportation.
• Coordinates and communicates with sales, related departments, and customers.
• Performs and completes any other tasks and/or projects as assigned
