About The Position

The Full-Time Supply Chain Specialist on the Costing Team analyzes data, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and collaborates with various departments to implement strategic initiatives. The role involves regular decision-making, strategy development, and solutioning with relevant project stakeholders to support efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding and training, and upon meeting performance goals.

The position is based at 4730 N Service Dr, Winona, MN 55987, and is listed with a Monday through Friday shift of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The pay range is $42,000–$70,000, with eligibility for a bonus and/or commission in addition to base pay.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have prior administrative, customer service, or industry experience, or possess or be working toward a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Data Science, or a related business field.
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
• Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
• Pass the required drug screen where applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
