Supply Chain Senior Manager - Business Transformation

Embark•Tampa, FL
•$175,000 - $190,000

About The Position

The Supply Chain Senior Manager leads client supply chain and operations engagements across assessment, redesign, and implementation. The role owns the operating-model view of a client’s supply chain, evaluates people, process, and technology gaps across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory, and translates findings into a defensible position and prioritized roadmap. This is a client-facing leadership position responsible for day-to-day engagement management, client stakeholders, and work quality before deliverables reach the engagement lead. The role applies expertise in network design, cost-to-serve, working capital, and technology-enabled process optimization. Clients include private equity sponsors, institutional investors, corporate acquirers and portfolio companies, and corporate operating companies. Work may involve M&A supply chain diligence and integration or standalone operational transformation. The position is part of a lean, senior team. A typical engagement pairs the role with a director for oversight, associates for execution, and functional specialists in finance, HR, and technology as needed. The Senior Manager leads day-to-day work and owns deliverables. The role may also support or lead projects beyond supply chain, including finance, technology, integration, and general operations transformation.
