•$120,000 - $180,000

About The Position

The Supply Chain Transformation Lead will improve how the organization plans, purchases, manages inventory, and delivers products. Reporting to Supply Chain leadership, this role will turn manual, fragmented activities into standardized processes supported by reliable data, ERP workflows, automation, and clear accountability. Procurement transformation is a major part of the role, but its scope extends across demand and supply planning, supplier collaboration, inventory management, and the handoffs between Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Finance. The successful candidate will work with process owners to design practical changes, implement them, and ensure teams adopt them. The goal is to help teams manage exceptions and risks instead of spending time on routine transactions and follow-up.
