About The Position

The Supply Chain Senior Manager leads client-facing supply chain and operations engagements from assessment through redesign and implementation. The role owns the operating-model view of a client’s supply chain, assesses people, processes, and technology across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory, and turns findings into a defensible analysis and prioritized roadmap. The position runs engagements day to day, manages client stakeholders, directs team members, and ensures the quality of deliverables before they reach the engagement lead. The role spans M&A-related supply chain diligence and integration as well as standalone operational transformation. Clients include private equity sponsors, institutional investors, corporate acquirers, portfolio companies, and corporate operating companies. The Senior Manager may also support or lead projects beyond supply chain, including finance, technology, integration, and general operations transformation. The position joins a lean, senior team. A typical engagement pairs the role with a director for oversight, associates for execution, and finance, HR, and technology specialists as needed. The role leads day-to-day work and owns deliverables. Typical compensation is $175,000–$190,000, based on experience.
