About The Position

Charter Manufacturing is seeking recent college graduates for its Supply Chain Rotational Program, designed to build talent and organizational bench strength over a two to three-year period. This program offers a valuable opportunity for early-career individuals to gain comprehensive knowledge of various aspects of Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing. The program includes three 10-month rotations in areas such as Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Transportation, and Supply Chain Transformation. Participants may experience short-term relocations to Charter Casting (Woodstock, IL), Charter Steel (Saukville, WI), and Charter Wire (Milwaukee, WI).

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Supply Chain or general business internship or related experience.
Prior experience participating in a team environment.
Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Participate in three 10-month rotations within different Supply Chain areas.
Gain exposure to Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Transportation, and Supply Chain Transformation.
Potentially relocate short-term to Charter Casting (Woodstock, IL), Charter Steel (Saukville, WI), or Charter Wire (Milwaukee, WI).
Engage in diverse integration and exposure to the company's businesses.
Participate in professional development, coaching, and mentorship activities.
Travel as needed.
