The Supply Chain Planning Data & Systems Transformation Lead plays a critical role in modernizing the digital backbone of our planning-to-execution lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain planning, data architecture, and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration across planning platforms to generate a stable and executable Master Production Schedule (MPS). The primary objective of this role is to automate supply planning transactions, reducing manual system work and enabling supply planners to focus on higher-value activities such as upstream issue identification and resolution. This role requires a technically strong leader who can both personally develop automation solutions (e.g., scripting) and lead BOT/RPA automation initiatives at scale. You will drive improvements in data integrity, system connectivity, and planning logic, enabling high-quality MRP signals and efficient requisition flow to procurement and manufacturing. This position will be hybrid from either McKinney, TX, Andover, MA or Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance is not provided.
