About The Position

Super Organics is hiring a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to keep products in stock, manage purchasing and production commitments, and deliver measurable savings in packaging, inventory, and shipping. The role builds practical planning tools and independently follows through with manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouse teams. It also coordinates packaging artwork, product launches, and brand-side quality workflows. The position requires clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to turn sales and inventory data into timely decisions. The manager plans inventory and purchasing by maintaining SKU-level forecasts and replenishment plans, accounting for usable inventory, quality holds, raw-material specifications, open orders, testing time, production lead times, minimum orders, and safety stock. The role identifies stockout risks, balances availability against working capital and excess inventory, creates purchase orders, and tracks commitments, receipts, balances, and invoice discrepancies. The manager serves as the brand's operational contact for affiliated and external manufacturing teams and packaging suppliers. They obtain and track commitments for production, quality release, pricing, quantities, and delivery dates; coordinate production priorities, launches, reformulations, and transitions; and maintain records of commitments, issues, owners, and next actions. The role sources and compares domestic and international packaging suppliers, coordinates artwork and packaging production, maintains approved specifications and files, verifies materials used in each production run, and measures realized savings. It also owns operational follow-through for brand-side quality and compliance, applying familiarity with dietary supplement cGMP under 21 CFR Part 111. Responsibilities include coordinating testing, documentation and label reviews, final artwork approval, lot traceability, complaint records, recall readiness, investigations, corrective actions, and product-status communication, while involving qualified specialists when needed. The manager coordinates receiving, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and exceptions with warehouse and logistics teams; reconciles purchase orders, shipment records, receipts, and invoices; analyzes shipping and fulfillment costs; and builds spreadsheets, dashboards, and SOPs that show stock coverage, at-risk SKUs, purchasing needs, order status, and savings. Success means supply risks are identified early, orders have reliable dates and clear owners, inventory records reconcile, packaging is production-ready, quality decisions are documented, and cost reductions are measurable. Leadership should be able to see what needs attention without chasing routine updates. This is a fully remote, full-time role based in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, with some flexibility and accommodation of U.S. daylight-saving changes. The role reports to the CEO and works closely with the COO. There are no direct reports. Compensation is USD $2,500–$4,500 per month ($30,000–$54,000 annually), depending on relevant experience. One opening is available, with a start as soon as practical. Employment or engagement terms will be confirmed during hiring.
