About The Position

SonoSim is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual for a hands-on hybrid role supporting supply chain, order operations, and vendor and member communications. The role owns the operational lifecycle, including purchasing and vendor management, inventory forecasting, hardware logistics, order processing, software configuration, shipping, and member communication. The position requires regular onsite work in Los Angeles for packaging, receiving, and shipping, with some flexibility for remote work. It is part-time, 20–25 hours per week. SonoSim is not offering relocation assistance or remote-only work and is reviewing local Los Angeles candidates only. The successful candidate will manage the full order-to-delivery process and serve as a responsive point of contact for vendors and members. The role balances physical product logistics with software backend systems, requiring accuracy, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to take ownership of both routine and unexpected tasks. This is not a training role.
