About The Position
One Supply Chain Management (OSCM) supports Providence Health and Services’ ministries and operations across regions from Alaska to California through supply chain services and systems. Its objective is to strengthen Providence’s core strategy and patient care experience by providing operational and technical support and specialized supply chain management expertise. The Supervisor Supply Chain role is part of Providence’s Supply Chain Management team and supports its patient-focused, whole-person care mission. The position requires supply chain or finance experience, including healthcare experience and supervisory leadership, along with experience in healthcare business operations or financial management, process standardization, and operational improvement.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in healthcare, business, finance, or logistics/supply chain management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four years of supply chain management or finance experience, including at least one year in a healthcare setting and at least one year in a supervisory leadership role.
- Healthcare business operations and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience standardizing disparate processes.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, change management, and operational improvement.
