About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Interest in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
Nice To Haves
- Mandarin/English bilingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and quality control.
- Support order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processing.
- Analyze operational data and assist with performance tracking.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges.
- Participate in process improvement projects and special assignments.
- Follow company safety and operational procedures.
