About The Position

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Supply Chain Coordinator based at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role manages receiving, ordering, replenishment, inventory, and small equipment across multiple locations. The coordinator maintains stock levels, monitors supply usage, supports customers, and builds effective working relationships. The position requires working independently and as part of a team, with extended hours when needed. Workdays and hours vary.

The coordinator supports supply-chain operations by managing inventory and replenishment activities, handling shipments and delivery requests, tracking and maintaining equipment, and completing accurate documentation. The role also contributes to workflow improvements and technology optimization while following organizational policies, safety practices, and emergency-response procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of inventory, warehouse, or customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work extended hours when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience.
• Previous experience using a business system and/or technology as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage par levels, replenishment, stock rotation, inventory checks, and supply distribution.
• Handle receiving, ERP transactions, discrepancies, returns, recalls, backorders, stockouts, and annual and cycle inventory.
• Support crash and specialty cart stocking, small equipment management, asset tracking, warehousing, transportation, and equipment cleaning and charging.
• Process shipments, stage deliveries, manage will-call and STAT requests, and tag capital equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet KPI standards.
• Improve workflows and support technology optimization.
• Follow supply-chain policies, safety requirements, and emergency-response procedures.
• Support customers and maintain working relationships across multiple locations.
