About The Position

The Supply Chain Logistics Specialist operates OSF HealthCare vehicles to provide prompt and accurate pickup, transportation, and delivery of packages to OSF entities and affiliated members. Deliveries include laboratory specimens, medical supplies, mail and documents, pharmacy items, and medical instruments. The specialist maintains accurate records of route activity using manual and electronic documentation and uses a mobile device scanner when required for documentation and route operation.

As an extension of OSF HealthCare, Pointcore draws on its experience serving hospitals and clinics to extend resources, share costs, and use common infrastructure with external clients.

The expected pay is $17.66–$19.63 per hour. Actual pay is determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.

Requirements

• Valid Class D driver's license with a good driving record and no more than one moving violation within the last two years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including assessing customer needs, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of prior work experience.
