About The Position

The PepsiCo Beverages: 2026 Supply Chain Leadership Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders within PepsiCo's Supply Chain operations. Participants will gain critical experience by working in manufacturing and distribution facilities, focusing on day-to-day business operations and leading front-line teams. The program involves motivating teams, problem-solving operational issues, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, and implementing projects that contribute to PepsiCo's strategic goals. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure equipment reliability, execute operational plans, achieve safety and quality standards, and manage financial targets. Additionally, it involves building team capabilities through effective communication and training, ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and food safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2026
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability
  • Executing Annual Operating Plan for Production
  • Achieving performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
  • Tracking key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
  • Overseeing and assuring facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
  • Building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
