The PepsiCo Beverages Sales Leadership Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the company. This full-time, field-based program offers critical experiences, allowing participants to learn the business from the ground up through extensive field selling and leadership opportunities. The program includes a robust sales training component where participants will sell and market products to a designated group of retailers, aiming to develop and sustain a growing CPG business. Participants will attend National Capability Sessions, build relationships across the organization, receive coaching, and engage in career development discussions with leadership. They will also utilize sales forecasting tools to meet sales targets and gain hands-on experience with merchandising and executing advertising displays. The ultimate goal is to prepare participants for frontline leadership roles, managing teams of PepsiCo employees, following their initial field sales experience.
