About The Position

This PepsiCo Beverages Supply Chain Co-op is an 8 to 12-month onsite position located in Calgary, AB, for the Fall Term from May 2026 to December 2026. Co-ops will be based out of one of PepsiCo's world-class manufacturing facilities in Canada. During the term, participants will gain critical experiences and skills by improving production efficiencies, innovating business solutions, and implementing process changes. With PepsiCo's Pep+ goals, co-ops can contribute to driving positive action for the plant, people, and the planet. The role offers the opportunity to showcase tangible impact by presenting contributions to the Supply Chain Leadership team. Some locations, including Moncton and Vancouver, also offer people leadership opportunities, involving motivating frontline teams, problem-solving issues, and removing barriers to help "win the shift." Co-ops will track business-critical KPIs to identify trends and focus on meaningful projects that advance PepsiCo's journey to be a Faster, Stronger, and Better Company. Requirements

  • Available to work from May 2026 to December 2026
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Sciences or similar program
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
  • Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
  • A passion for and a demonstrated commitment to extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement
  • An agile individual who takes initiative and welcomes change with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Lead frontline teams by building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication
  • Apply theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability
  • Execute Annual Operating Plan for Supply Chain
  • Achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
  • Track key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
  • Oversee and assure facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
  • Ensure compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
