Supply Chain Coordinator
About The Position
Passport Health is seeking a Seasonal Supply Chain Coordinator to support their flu season operations. This role, based in Phoenix, AZ, will focus on the preparation, shipment, tracking, and organization of supplies and flu vaccines from August through December. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy and teamwork. Passport Health is a leading provider of travel medicine and operates numerous clinics across North America, also partnering with organizations for large-scale vaccination and healthcare programs.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a background screening.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds (with or without assistance).
- Ability to stand, bend, count, sort, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, pick, pack, and ship supplies and vaccines to support seasonal flu clinics.
- Track outgoing shipments and incoming returns accurately within company systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
- Support department workflows, including assisting with ticket management and communication with the nurse workforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of supply needs.
- Assist with additional department projects and tasks as needed.
