Job Summary: The Supply Chain Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining supply chain compliance programs that ensure supplier and procurement activities comply with applicable regulatory, contractual, quality, and company requirements. This role oversees supplier qualification, onboarding, procurement compliance, supplier risk management, approved supplier processes, procurement documentation, and supply chain policies to ensure a compliant, efficient, and scalable supply chain. This is an individual contributor role with responsibility for leading compliance activities and cross-functional initiatives; it does not include direct people management responsibilities. The Supply Chain Compliance Manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Legal, Information Security, and Finance to strengthen supplier compliance programs, improve procurement processes, reduce supplier risk, and support company growth. Reports to the Director, Strategic Sourcing & Category Management.
