About The Position

SciTech Services is seeking a Supply and Service Support Representative (SSSR) to be located at the 48th Chemical Brigade in Fort Hood, TX. The SSSR will perform Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) sustainment services for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment to meet client needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or five years Supply and Service Support experience.
At least 20 years of CBRN experience, preferably as a Chemical Officer or Chemical Non-Commissioned Officer including at least ten years in units in 48th Chemical Brigade.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external staff members.
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
Candidates must currently possess a DoD SECRET clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

Manage COTS equipment requests including issuance, receipt, accountability, storage, preventive maintenance, repair and turn-in.
Perform sustainment functions using the Logistics Information System (LIS) to account for and track the maintenance status of designated 48th Chemical Brigade CBRN COTS and other Government-owned equipment, including consumable supplies and repair parts.
Coordinate unit maintenance and calibration according to COTS equipment specifications.
Coordinate COTS sustainment services and training with vendors.
Arrange COTS equipment pickup and delivery.
