About The Position

As a Service Parts Coordinator, you will assist HVAC Field Technicians and the Service Department with ordering parts. The role offers the opportunity to work directly for a leading manufacturer, with access to technical support, training on the newest technology, and career paths with opportunities for growth. You will establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers through effective oral and written communication by phone, computer, and face to face. You will enforce safety standards, maintain security and accountability for company-issued and procured assets by recording their use, wear, and condition, and bring strong organizational skills and flexibility to support customers, including working overtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Working proficiency with a handheld computer, such as a smartphone or iPad.
• Valid driver's license held for a minimum of 12 months.
• No major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit and run, license suspension, reckless or careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous three years.
