About The Position

The Lab and Supply Coordinator oversees campus labs in collaboration with nursing faculty and helps ensure students and faculty have the guidance, equipment, and support needed for learning and simulation experiences. The role contributes to preparing safe, knowledgeable nursing students and fostering a positive, cohesive work climate in the labs.

Nice To Haves

• HHA, CNA, or LPN license.
• Two years of full-time experience in nursing or simulation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with creative and imaginative thinking skills.
• Simulation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab operations in collaboration with nursing faculty.
• Manage lab functions to provide appropriate orientation and guidance to new and progressing nursing students.
• Support faculty and students by ensuring necessary equipment is available for learning experiences.
• Coordinate and supervise the lab to provide skills experiences from fundamentals through upper-level courses.
• Provide leadership in creating a positive and cohesive work climate in the labs.
• Assist in preparing safe, knowledgeable nursing students.
• Support faculty and students during simulation exercises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
