The Supply Administrator’s primary goal is to process supply orders and to communicate and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of general administrative experience, with experience in customer service.
  • Must be extremely accurate and detail oriented.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word are required.
  • Must have ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Create and process supply orders received from the customer via incoming calls, voicemail, online, email, and FMA (Automated reporting system).
  • Research orders by checking the supply history, yield of toner, and the monthly usage.
  • Track late or missing packages through FEDEX and create call tags when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to communicate customer requests and needs.
  • Process supply returns to maintain and correct inventory as needed.
  • Continue educating the customers and sales representatives on toner needs and FMA.
  • Process paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain internal and customer data via Excel spreadsheets.
  • Work as a team to ensure all supply duties are completed by the end of day.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
