About The Position

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will join a team of procurement professionals managing a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements. You will balance multiple priorities to help our clients address both their current and emerging needs effectively. These objectives will be accomplished through close collaboration with internal teams, efficient facilitation of information flow across the supply chain, and the development of strong relationships with suppliers. You will ensure that sourcing requirements are met promptly and compliantly to the highest standards, assist in negotiating favorable terms across the contractual lifecycle to guarantee the timely delivery of quality materials and services. Additionally, you will work directly with your leaders to address any issues that may arise during the contracting lifecycle, ensuring that procurement activities remain cost-effective and fully compliant with our approved business systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations
  • Experience in federal procurement or subcontract management, including overseeing proposals, supplier selection and negotiations, and subcontract administration to support U.S. government programs
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing AI to solve real world problems
  • Ability to function independently as a self-starter
  • Ability to collaborate with your team, program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of procurements
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub-tiers with product delivery
  • Experience with procurement software and tools such as ERP systems and e-procurement platforms
  • Experience with contract management software and tools
  • Knowledge of Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with program managers, capture teams, and your leaders to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Facilitate the execution of Non-disclosure agreements, Teaming Agreements, Material or purchase orders, Subcontract agreements and amendments.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Analyze your portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with your leadership to incorporate data analytics and forecasting tools and techniques to anticipate customer demands, navigate through industry disruptors, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Learn the necessary skills to manage a portfolio of procurement requirements and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns proactively to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Utilize insights from data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in procurement practices.
  • Break down ambiguous or complex problems into clear, actionable components using structured analysis frameworks.
  • Apply critical thinking and systematic reasoning to validate assumptions, identify risks, and develop sound, defensible solutions.
