About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor role advising clients on supplemental benefits. The role involves virtual consultations, guiding individuals and families through personalized options, supporting enrollment, and providing client-centered service. The opportunity is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. It is intended for self-motivated people interested in a service-focused career, with training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development provided. No prior insurance experience is required. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. Required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements are at the candidate’s expense. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Authorized to work in the United States and legally eligible to work there.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a computer or laptop with webcam; candidates provide their own equipment and professional remote workspace.
- Able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Comfortable with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and able to work independently.
