About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating the best customer experience and delivering desired results. You will share responsibility for executing assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. You will help create a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

The role includes supporting sales and business growth, demonstrating product knowledge and selling and operational skills, building customer relationships and brand loyalty, and serving as a role model for the customer experience. The supervisor also helps ensure merchandising and operational standards, performs POS transactions on designated shifts, and executes supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.

This position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to other store locations if needed. Physical duties may include bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs.
