About The Position

The Supervisor facilitates an effective operation with enthusiastic team members by providing exceptional service and making a positive, lasting impression on every guest. The role assists in leading the operation, ensuring appropriate staffing, and handling escalated operational needs as necessary. This position is identified as a weekend role.

Requirements

Proficient in spoken and written English.
Friendly and outgoing, with an upbeat personality, strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile.
Able to smile during customer interactions and build relationships with customers.
Maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.
Able to run and move quickly, organize cars efficiently, and stand for long periods.
Able to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
At least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residency.
Able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
Be organized.
Have a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider.

Responsibilities

Ensure team members and guests are safe at all times.
Operate vehicles safely when needed to minimize the potential for accidents.
Oversee tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
Ensure team members provide exceptional guest experiences by smiling, greeting, and helping guests as they enter the garage.
Maintain garage organization.
Set an upbeat tone and create a positive environment for team members and customers.
Help team members use approved language choices.
Communicate the organizational plan to coworkers when the shift is over.
Set an example by maintaining a neat appearance and helping team members follow VPNE's uniform guidelines.
Oversee team members to maintain a professional work area.
