About The Position

Grinders Above and Beyond is a family-owned restaurant serving food since 1976. The Supervisor supports the General and Assistant Managers in operating the restaurant day to day. The role leads shifts in both the front of house and back of house, helps maintain service standards, and coaches and supervises employees. After training, the Supervisor is expected to have working knowledge of menu items and ingredients, as well as the procedures needed to operate the restaurant. Restaurant management experience is preferred.

Requirements

Must be able to perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
Must be a team player and support other staff in their duties.
Must adhere to the rules and regulations contained in the Confidential Manual of Operations.

Responsibilities

Support the General and Assistant Managers in their duties.
