About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. supervisors are integral members of the store management team, helping implement strategies and maintain operational excellence to support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The Supervisor supports the leadership team by executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring associates, managing daily store operations, and fostering exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

The role calls for someone who reflects Levi Strauss & Co.'s values, including originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and a drive for performance. The Supervisor supports and follows store management directives and company policies, and helps associates perform effectively. This position is based in Rosemont, Illinois, and pays $19.25–$32.05 per hour or the applicable higher minimum wage; compensation varies based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Good people skills and the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Ability to comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
