About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you support the management team in creating a great customer experience and delivering desired results. You share responsibility for executing store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store, while fostering a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

The role involves supporting sales and business growth, demonstrating product knowledge and selling and operational skills, building customer relationships and brand loyalty, upholding merchandising and operational standards, and performing POS transactions and supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to other store locations.

The role requires bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. The Company states that it is committed to providing reasonable accommodation for qualified employees with disabilities in accordance with the ADA.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel business is preferred.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
