The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. Associates must be able to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. The anticipated pay range is USD $15.25 to $19.06 per hour. The opportunity is anticipated to close within 30 days of the posting date.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.

• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Understand customers’ personal styles and offer fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to inspire customers and meet their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to keep the store clean, neat, and tidy.
• Complete assigned responsibilities such as floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a good environment for customers and coworkers.
