About The Position

The Supervisor oversees and performs cleaning operations in an assigned building, provides leadership and direction to team members, and manages quality control and safety programs. The role includes maintaining facilities, monitoring the quality and completion of work, handling additional service requests, tracking work orders, and reporting repair needs. The schedule is Saturday through Thursday, 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., in Oakbrook, Illinois.

Requirements

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Open availability when needed.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain buildings and facilities.
Shampoo carpets.
Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Notify the Manager of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Follow assigned work schedules and routes, and report barriers.
Provide leadership and direction to team members.
Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
Report damaged, broken, or nonfunctional features and items.
Oversee and perform additional service requests in the assigned building.
Oversee job quality and confirm completion with the Area Manager.
Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
Manage the company’s quality control monitoring and safety programs at assigned buildings.
Conduct quality-of-service inspections at assigned buildings.
Track all work through the company’s work order application.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned; job duties may be modified at any time.
