About The Position

The Store Sales Specialist helps create better outdoor experiences by sharing product knowledge, making recommendations, and engaging with customers. The role supports REI’s customer satisfaction guarantee by facilitating transactions, selling memberships, and promoting REI products and services. It also helps maintain the appearance and organization of merchandise on the sales floor and supports store pickup operations. The specialist works with store management, merchandising, and sales leads to maintain visual standards; participates in REI Sales & Service Training; and follows loss prevention and safety procedures. The position requires flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
