About The Position
The Residential Program Supervisor oversees the daily operations of residential facilities and supervises and assists staff as they help clients and residents work toward goals that support independent community living.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience working with the chronic mentally ill.
- Qualify by DMHMR/SAS as an “other qualified mental health professional.”
- Hold a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile liability insurance.
- Be able to pass driving safety standards set by the insurance company.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience in the field.
- MHRT-II or higher certification, or eligibility to receive MHRT-C Certification.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
