About The Position

Clarvida is hiring a full-time, on-site Residential Program Supervisor in Reading, Pennsylvania. The role provides hands-on support and leadership at an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It combines direct care with team supervision, including leading daily living skills instruction, supporting individualized goal plans, and ensuring residents' personal care needs are met. The supervisor works under established ICF guidelines and receives direction from the Division Director, supporting both staff and residents.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have one year of experience as a Residential Direct Care Worker, or two years of direct human services experience, including one year working with individuals who have intellectual disabilities.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Additional education in Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision for ICF residents.
