The Supervisor provides excellent customer service and helps lead the store team, supporting sales targets, daily operations, merchandising, inventory, and team development. The role includes opening and closing the store, coordinating the team, and communicating store needs and daily activity to management.

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive activities.
Able to lift more than 50 pounds.
Able to climb ladders and use a stepping stool.
Flexible to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner while working toward supervisor targets.
Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
Stay informed about products, trends, and promotions to provide current information to customers.
Support store visual merchandising.
Maintain standards throughout the store, including the back of house.
Model the brand and maintain personal presentation standards.
Ensure products are tagged with accurate pricing and product information.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
Use and train the team in handling customer service issues.
Open and close the store and set up the cash register.
Set daily team targets and agendas when the manager is absent.
Coach and develop sales assistants and support them in meeting sales targets.
Support inventory management and stockroom organization.
Replenish the shop floor as needed.
Communicate daily needs to the management team.
Supervise the team and coordinate break times.
Report daily activities to the management team.
