About The Position
Kurt Geiger is an inclusive, creative footwear and accessories brand inspired by London’s energy, diversity, and creativity. The Supervisor supports store operations and sales by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and guiding sales assistants. The role includes opening and closing the store, setting team targets and agendas when the manager is absent, coaching team members, coordinating breaks, and communicating daily needs and activities to management. The position requires weekend and evening availability, and involves standing for extended periods, repetitive activities, lifting more than 50 pounds, and climbing ladders or using a stepping stool.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner while working toward supervisor targets.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
- Stay informed about products, trends, and promotions to provide current information to customers.
- Support store visual merchandising and maintain standards throughout the store, including the back of house.
- Model the brand and maintain personal presentation standards.
- Ensure products are tagged with accurate pricing and product information.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment types.
- Use the customer-service process proficiently and train the team to handle customer-service issues.
- Open and close the store and set up the cash register.
- Set daily team targets and agendas in the manager’s absence.
- Coach and develop sales assistants and support them in achieving sales targets.
- Support inventory management and stockroom organization.
- Replenish the shop floor as needed.
- Communicate daily needs to the management team.
- Supervise the team and coordinate break times.
- Report daily activities to the management team.
