About The Position

Beyond Yoga is a premium active lifestyle brand founded in Los Angeles in 2005 and grounded in body positivity. It joined Levi Strauss & Co. in September 2021. The Supervisor supports store operations and customer experience, reporting to the Store Manager. As manager on duty, the Supervisor drives process adoption and opens and closes the store. The role oversees cash handling and merchandise operations, coaches the team, supports sales performance, and helps create a positive, inclusive store environment and strong community connections.

Requirements

• Progressive retail leadership experience, with demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of store processes and open and close the store as manager on duty.
• Support resolution of customer concerns and partner with the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager on elevated issues.
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, while maintaining standards.
• Supervise and coach the store team on selling culture and customer connection to deliver high-quality service and sales.
• Supervise the store team when another member of management is absent.
• Assess and strategize ways to achieve performance goals and measurable KPIs, including conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Support onboarding of new hires.
• Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with the store team and Home Office partners on local community events that build brand awareness and engagement.
• Create a compelling store experience by engaging customers and serving as a visible service leader.
• Represent the brand and embody and cultivate the company’s core values.
