About The Position

The Supervisor oversees parking facilities during off-shift times, helps create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and clients, and supervises staff. The role includes training and mentoring employees, supporting customer service, and maintaining the garage and work areas across three small parking garage locations. Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license held for at least two years.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.
• Openness to feedback, differing opinions, and other points of view.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Demonstrated ability to seek improvement.
• Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
• Willingness to work in the elements, including heat, wind, snow, and rain.

Nice To Haves

• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff adhere to rules of conduct, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assist in establishing performance standards.
• Promote customer relations by providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help.
• Assist with periodic training as needed.
• Resolve customer service issues or questions.
• Greet customers by name, respond to correspondence and resolve problems in a timely manner, display a caring attitude, and develop rapport with the customer base.
• Maintain the garage and work areas, including light maintenance at three small parking garage locations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
