About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time seasonal Retail Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the store. Team members work in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment, helping create and maximize sales while contributing to the store’s daily operations. The work may vary from day to day and includes interacting with customers, maintaining the store, and handling shoes and merchandise. The role is based in Santa Monica, California. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, or 16 or older with appropriate work permits, and must have open availability during weekends. The listed pay is $18.47 per hour. The position is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.
