About The Position

SpeedWash Car Wash is hiring a Supervisor to help lead daily operations at its high-volume car wash site in Somerset, Kentucky. The role focuses on growing SpeedPass memberships by delivering an excellent customer experience, coaching and supporting team members, maintaining clean and professional facilities, promoting wash packages, and helping ensure the site operates safely and efficiently. The Supervisor supports the Site Manager with day-to-day decisions and steps into leadership as needed. This position may suit someone with experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, sales, shift leadership, team management, or operations who wants to develop a long-term leadership career.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or another fast-paced environment is helpful.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable working outdoors and being on one's feet.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Able to communicate clearly in English with customers and team members.
• Able to oversee a busy, fast-paced site and take pride in its appearance and operations.
• Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Enjoys training and motivating others to improve sales and customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including noticing issues early and taking action.
• Understands that safety comes first for people, cars, and equipment.
• Willing to stay a little late, help where needed, and do what it takes to maintain high standards.

• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Spanish fluency is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow SpeedPass memberships by creating an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the site, including equipment, vacuums, and the lot.
• Lead and train team members to explain wash packages, features, and benefits and convert guests into SpeedPass members.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing, staffing, chemical levels, preventative maintenance, wash quality, and customer flow.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures and hold the team accountable for safety.
• Identify equipment and operational issues early and take action to prevent larger problems or site shutdowns.
• Support the Site Manager with daily decisions and team coaching, and provide leadership when needed.
