About The Position

The Customer Service Rep helps Domino’s serve customers and prepare, process, and fulfill pizza orders. The role includes operating store equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing orders by phone and in person, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may be part-time or full-time and is presented as suitable for people seeking a primary or supplemental job, with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and ability to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the described physical demands, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequent reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Perform other store tasks, including occasional maintenance and cleaning.
