About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to take orders, answer questions, and help ensure each customer has a positive experience. The role involves taking phone orders accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, responding to questions about the menu, promotions, and delivery services, and addressing customer concerns patiently. The representative works as part of a team to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The position also requires following Domino’s pizza-making standards, maintaining a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the dress code, working quickly and efficiently, and representing the brand positively. Compensation is $10–$12 an hour.
