About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, you support the management team in creating a great customer experience and delivering desired results. You share responsibility for assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store, while helping create a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

The role includes supporting sales and business growth, demonstrating product knowledge and selling and operational skills, building customer relationships and brand loyalty, and helping ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met. On designated shifts, the supervisor performs point-of-sale transactions and carries out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.

The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to other store locations. It also requires bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
