About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The role provides a superior experience to customers by helping them celebrate life and express love. Team members learn about customer needs, present jewelry and explain product features and benefits, share information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The position suits someone who enjoys helping customers mark special moments and building lasting relationships.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
