About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love through jewelry. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
