Supervisor – Supply Chain – Overnights – Cornell Drive operational excellence by utilizing your warehouse, logistics and inventory expertise on this team. Supervise routine activities of the Supply Chain staff at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell to ensure alignment of supply chain operations with the entire organization. In this career-making opportunity, you’ll supervise a team of professionals responsible for Supply Chain logistics at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell. You’ll ensure that all production requirements are met, while finding innovative ways to enhance handling, storage and inventory. Be the front line of regulatory compliance. Monitor daily operations status, and communicate changes to department leaders. Evaluate employees, promote safety, and deliver leadership that inspires performance on the highest level. This position will work Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of medical/surgical supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of a similar inventory control system
  • Experience in equipment management and Infection Prevention is highly desired
