About The Position

GXO is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and help the team deliver high-quality customer service. The supervisor prepares schedules, supervises and develops team members, monitors work quality, communicates across teams and departments, supports continuous improvement, and maintains a clean work environment. The position follows a weekend second-shift schedule: Friday through Monday, 1:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, including overhead, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
