About The Position

The Operations Supervisor, Supply Chain is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations and for bringing out the best in the team. The role ensures efficient daily operations, prepares schedules, supervises and develops team members, monitors work quality and customer service, and supports continuous improvement. The position is scheduled for the second shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with flexibility as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime that may include weekends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach (including above the head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
