About The Position

The Operations Supervisor, Supply Chain oversees day-to-day warehouse operations and leads a team to support efficient work and exceptional customer service. The role includes preparing schedules, training and coaching team members, monitoring work quality, communicating with leadership and other departments, implementing continuous improvement plans, and maintaining a clean work environment. The position works a second-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with flexibility as needed for overtime that may include weekends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach (including above the head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
